Apolune  —   Returning to home base, join us on Thursday 21 May from 5pm for an evening of contemporary art, drinks, conversation and the chance to celebrate the warmer days together.

Apolune — the point in an orbit farthest from the moon becomes both title and provocation for this group exhibition by members of General Practice. Rooted in ideas of distance, trajectory and return, the exhibition offers a poetic starting point for reflection, experimentation and reorientation.

Following our recent exhibition in London with MEZZANINE @mezzanine_studios, General Practice now brings the show home to Lincoln for a special presentation at our studio space.

The exhibition brings together a range of contemporary and experimental practices including animation, projection, painting, sculpture and mixed media.

Featuring work by Lauren Winter, Nicholas Simpson, Nathan Baxter, Madara Vimba, Andrew Bracey, Rob Britt, Joana Cifre Cerdà and Oliver Ventress, the exhibition reflects a year of shared experimentation, dialogue and exchange within the group.
